Through tailored consulting, I work with teacher teams, leadership teams, and, when appropriate, directly with students to create systems and support structures that prioritize individualized, equitable learning. This can include reviewing current practices, identifying gaps, designing targeted interventions, and building a school-wide culture that values diversity as a strength.

Teacher Guide and Mentorship

This mentoring program is designed to ensure that no one ever feels alone in the work that they do. This is a service for special education or learning support teachers, particularly those in international schools.

Across the school year, we’ll meet weekly for guided online sessions focused on the real challenges you face: navigating complex student cases, building strong relationships with parents, creating individualized plans, problem-solving situations, collaborating with colleagues, working with leadership, and taking the lead inclusive practices throughout your school.

Beyond our scheduled meetings, you’ll have “in your pocket” guidance — my direct phone number for real-time advice, quick check-ins, or encouragement whenever you need it. Because the reality is, some questions can’t wait until next week.
