Teacher Guide and Mentorship

This mentoring program is designed to ensure that no one ever feels alone in the work that they do. This is a service for special education or learning support teachers, particularly those in international schools.

Across the school year, we’ll meet weekly for guided online sessions focused on the real challenges you face: navigating complex student cases, building strong relationships with parents, creating individualized plans, problem-solving situations, collaborating with colleagues, working with leadership, and taking the lead inclusive practices throughout your school.

Beyond our scheduled meetings, you’ll have “in your pocket” guidance — my direct phone number for real-time advice, quick check-ins, or encouragement whenever you need it. Because the reality is, some questions can’t wait until next week.

This mentorship isn’t just about professional growth — it’s about building a community for teachers who are often working in a silo. Together, we’ll strengthen your skills, your confidence, and your ability to make a lasting impact in your students’ lives.
