Nestled in the peaceful beauty of the Pacific Northwest, this week-long cabin retreat is a space created just for women with disabilities to connect, grow, and be fully themselves. Surrounded by nature and supported by a caring community, you’ll have the freedom to step away from daily routines and focus on what truly matters — your well-being, your voice, and your dreams.
Throughout the week, we’ll share in activities designed to nurture the body, mind, and spirit: community-building circles, mindfulness practices, independence and advocacy workshops, nature walks and fun opportunities to strengthen social skills like movie and bowling night. There will also be plenty of time for rest, reflection, and the simple joy of building friendships that last long after the retreat ends.
This is a place where your story matters, your needs are respected, and your presence is celebrated. You’ll leave feeling empowered, renewed, and deeply connected — not only to others, but also to yourself.
If you are interested in joining please fill out the inquiry form below and we will be in touch within 3 business days about next steps! Can’t wait to see you there!

1. Who is this retreat for?
This retreat is designed for women who want to grow, connect, and recharge in a supportive, empowering community. It’s especially suited for those looking to build confidence, social skills, and lasting friendships.2. Do participants need to have a specific disability or diagnosis?
Not at all — the retreat welcomes women with a range of abilities and experiences. Our focus is on inclusion, understanding, and celebrating each individual’s strengths. See ‘Participant Requirements’ for more information.3. Where is the retreat located?
We have a gorgeous rented cabin in Cle Elum, WA for the week!4. What’s included in the cost?
The $1,800 fee includes your cabin stay (with hot tub and game room), all meals, transportation, coaching sessions, group outings, and activities. This is a non-profit retreat.5. How many participants will there be?
We intentionally keep our group small — a maximum of nine participants — to ensure a personal, comfortable, and meaningful experience for everyone.6. What does a typical day look like?
Each day balances group sessions, free time, outdoor activities, and relaxing moments around the fire pit or in the hot tub. It’s a mix of structure and downtime — with plenty of laughter, conversation, and personal reflection. See ‘Daily Schedule’ for more information.7. What if I don’t know anyone else going?
Perfect! By the end of the week, you’ll have new friendships and connections that feel like family. We are hoping the energy and friendship of the retreat lives on through group texts and hang outs.8. What kind of support will be available for participants?
Our team is experienced in working with women with diverse needs. We offer individualized support, group coaching, and a caring environment where everyone is respected and encouraged. We hope to maintain a 1:5 ratio during the retreat, most of the time there will be two retreat leaders present.9. What should I pack?
We’ll send a packing list before the retreat, but essentials include comfortable clothing, outdoor shoes, a swimsuit, toiletries, and a positive attitude.10. What’s the cancellation policy?
A non-refundable $500 deposit is required to hold your spot, with the remainder due six weeks before the retreat. While we wish we could offer refunds (because we all love flexibility), small retreats have significant upfront costs, so at this time refunds are not possible. If unforeseen circumstances arise, please contact us — we’ll always do our best to work with you.11.How does registration work?
